The Food Security Working Group comprises NGOs, The Sustainability Institute and the Stellenbosch University looking at the question: “How do we move from local food relief to food security in Stellenbosch?” In 2021 the group looked at food flows, understanding who the actors are and what drives their decisions around food supply and food demand.
